My roommate and I were having a serious craving for something sweet but wanted to stay healthy and this delicious vanilla chia pudding parfait was born.
Bananas
Chia seeds
Granola
Coconut
Can you go wrong there??
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup non-dairy milk (I used Silk Almond-Coconut blend)
4 tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Squeeze of agave
Handful of Coconut Chia Nature’s Path Granola
Sprinkle of shredded coconut
What is a squeeze? As sweet as you like.
Handful? However crunchy you can get.
Sprinkle? Coconutty?
Cooking:
Mix milk, seeds, vanilla and agave, Shake Shake Shake, and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. The seeds have to soak up the milk to get the correct consistency! Then Add toppings and devour. Serves two hungry sweet-toothed college kids.
